Returns
Have you bought a Sertum backpack but you are not convinced or have you changed your mind? You can easily return the product. We have no problem accepting your return within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date.
You have to click here to go to the Sertum page that allows you to start the return process. Once the data has been entered, you will be provided with instructions via e-mail on how to complete the operation.
When we receive the goods at our Logistics Center, they will be checked and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If the product is intact we will immediately proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the backpack, using the same payment method as the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
But what do we mean by intact product? It means that the backpack must not have been used, it must be in the complete original packaging and the QR code must not have been activated. In short, it must be exactly as you received it. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot authorize a refund of the product cost.
The shipping costs for the return will not be refunded; therefore, we ask you to use the logistics method that is most convenient for you.
