After purchasing your backpack, simply scan the QR code and you will be immediately directed to the registration page.

Entering E-mail address and password,your personal Sertum ID of the backpack will be generated.

You will receive an email to confirm your data and, after your answer, you will be able to access your Personal Profile.

If you have already registered, simply type on the SERTUM ID icon in the website menu.

To update the Personal Profile you need to access the platform with your Sertum ID.
The profile consists of many fields to fill in. It is not necessary to follow any order of completion. Any information can be entered, modified or deleted at any time.

For the My Blog field and for all the fields relating to social network profiles it is necessary to enter the URL of the relative internet page.

On the left side of each field there is a square to be flagged to make visible the information inserted in the relative field.
By removing the flag, the information will not be visible externally but will still be saved in the platform.

By pressing the 'Save' button the/your Personal Profile is updated and is immediately online.

It allows you to create a Personal Profile associated with the QR code of your backpack.
The Personal Profile can contain information such as posts, statuses and links to your social profiles.
It allows you to update all your information in real time.
It allows you to select individually and in real time the information you want to share.
It allows you, if you wish, to make your Profile inaccessible from the outside at any time.

It doesn't allow you to directly receive messages of any kind from people who view your QR code. In an indirect way it will be possible to receive messages, if you share for example links to social profiles, email address or other personal information. In this case whoever views your QR code will have to use the other shared IT tools.
It doesn't allow you to send messages of any kind to the person viewing your QR code.

In order to change the Photo linked to the Personal Profile it is necessary to access the platform with your Sertum ID.
In the Personal Profile page choose 'Settings' ( ).
Select 'Change Photo Profile' and follow the procedure

To change your password of your Sertum ID you need to access the platform with your credentials.
In the Personal Profile page choose 'Settings' ( ).
Select 'Change Password' and follow the procedure.

In order to change the e-mail address of your Sertum ID, you need to access the platform with your credentials.
In the Personal Profile page choose 'Settings' ( ).

Select 'Change Email' and follow the procedure.

You can at any time to Reset all the data associated with the QR code. This function deletes both the access credentials (Sertum ID) and all the data contained in the Personal Profile. The Reset brings the product back to the initial situation. Framing again the QR code, the platform will manage the product as if it were new. This operation allows, for example, to give the product, already used, to another person. To delete your profile from the database you need to access the platform with your Sertum ID.
On the Personal Profile page, choose ‘Settings’ ( ).
Select 'Reset all data' and follow the procedure. Since 'Reset all data' is a complete and final deletion operation, the procedure requires a double confirmation.

By framing the QR code with a smartphone, you can directly view the backpack owner's Personal Profile.

Photo, posts, statuses and links to platforms will be displayed (if authorized).

By clicking on the icons of your social profiles, your website or your email address, whoever framed your QR code will be able to directly access the stored addresses (if authorized).

If no information is stored in the Personal Profile, or it is not made visible, framing your QR code will show ‘Private Profile’.

The IT platform that Sertum has created to manage the digital soul of its products, in addition to the information entered by users in the Personal Profiles, does not store any other data relating to the user. No cookies are used for commercial purposes and no information related to web browsing or the user's position is processed.
